Review of local development policies and obtain all approvals
Assist in obtaining municipal approval of plans

Assist client in obtaining a development agreement from the local municipal authority
Detailed Design
Detailed design and drafting of engineering drawings for servicing and submitting the plans for client and municipal approval
Follow up with municipal personnel and make any necessary revisions to obtain various municipal department approvals
Bidding & Construction Management
Review all payment requests and offer Funding Recommendations
Review bids and make recommendations for award of contract
Review contractors bonding, insurance and other documents
On-Site Inspection and Layout
Provide on-site technical personnel to lay out the work
Inspect work for compliance with contract documents
Liaison with sub-consultants and other department inspectors
General Engineering During Construction
Provide general engineering supervision during construction
Prepare and certify progress payment certificates
Report and meet with client on progress and costs to-date
Liaison with contractor on progress to ensure good workmanship and timely completion
Provide and forward all documentation to municipal authority
Apply for and obtain construction completion certificates for each improvement
Issue construction completion certificates to contractor
As-Built Drawings/Record Drawings
Revise construction drawings to reflect "as built" condition and provide copies to client and municipality
